Dr Catherine Lee is a Co-Investigator on theParenting on the Thailand/Myanmar Border Study, and an Associate with the Departments of International Health and Mental Health, as well as the Center for Humanitarian Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr Lee has extensive public health programme implementation and research with over sixteen years of experience in Southeast Asia, with a focus on populations in Thailand and Myanmar.
Her research expertise focuses on the application of qualitative research to the design and evaluation of interventions, specifically focused on conflict-affected and humanitarian settings and mental health and psychosocial support programmes. She also has experience designing and conducting multiple randomized controlled trials of mental health interventions.
She is the Founder and Director of Global Reach Consulting, LLC, a company that provides technical advice services to governments, international NGOs, universities, and donors to design, implement, and evaluate public health interventions.
